I just heard today that Skype offers FREEEEEEE calling of landlines and cells across Canada and US until the end of the year.
EDIT: The thought just came to me that it does mean one person has to be on computer all the time and the other has to be on the phone all the time.
EDIT PART 2: Now if I only had someone to call... :(

I wonder just HOW many bloggers wrote about this one... I, for one, did too! The catch: you can only call FROM US/Canada (so my Russian cousins are out of luck).
