Another Puzzle!
A terribly blury photo, but of an interesting puzzle for you, dear readers. I was given a pair of St Patrick's Day temporary tattoos to put "one on each cheek" (said the student), but I decided to put them on the back of my hands. In fact, I put them in this orientation. The tattoo is a shamrock with the words "GO ST PAT'S!"
Why would I do this?

Yeah I forgot to mention that the paper in the back is a really big hint. And I am weird too.
